DEPOSITS: Because there is so much interest in our classes, frequently we must turn interested participants away. When someone signs up for a class and sends a deposit, they are taking a spot. If they then change their mind and do not notify us (or notify us too late), then we end up having an unfilled spot. I have tried to keep deposits low, but due to the high number of people who have "no showed", leaving classes unfilled and willing participants having to wait for the next session, I must change this policy. As such, we will now be requiring full payment ($250) for ALL participants in order to secure a spot in any class. REFUNDS: Please do not sign up for a class unless you are willing to commit to the class. If you sign up and submit your payment and find after the FIRST class that agility is not for you, I will happily refund your deposit, less $50. Additionally, if you sign up for a class and send your payment, and find that you cannot attend, I will either refund your payment or hold it for a future class if you notify me (and receive confirmation from me) AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR to the start of your class. After the first class, refunds for extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis. AGGRESSIVE DOGS: Aggressive dogs are NOT allowed, period. If you have aggression issues with your dog, then please seek professional training (not provided by Foxfield Agility). If you decide that agility is not for you due to this problem, we urge you to get aggression issues under control to ensure that you have a healthy, happy relationship with your dog. Aggression in any dog should not be allowed. Foxfield Agility highly recommends Mark Ruark, PetsInc, 926-8768, for any training issues. If you enroll in a class and your dog bites someone or another dog and breaks skin, you will be asked to leave class and no refunds will be offered.
